Viktor Zapletal, 2019)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00davodem je pot\u0159eba konstatovat, \u017ee t\u00e9ma v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edho sportu u d\u011bt\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee je \u010dasto diskutovan\u00e9 a vysoce kontroverzn\u00ed.<br \/>\nD\u016fvod\u016f je mnoho. V&nbsp;prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b nade v\u0161\u00edm vy\u010dn\u00edv\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, jestli je v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport d\u011bt\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed a vhodn\u00fd. N\u00e1zor\u016f je nep\u0159ebern\u011b.<br \/>\nDal\u0161\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed jsou tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 modely a koncepce, nad jejich\u017e problematikou se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 nekone\u010dn\u00fd proud diskus\u00ed nejenom mezi tren\u00e9ry, funkcion\u00e1\u0159i a sportovn\u00edmi odborn\u00edky, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm, mezi rodi\u010di d\u011bt\u00ed.<br \/>\nRodi\u010de hraj\u00ed v&nbsp;ot\u00e1zce sportovn\u00edho veden\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli a bohu\u017eel ne v\u017edy \u00fapln\u011b \u0161\u0165astnou. Posta\u010d\u00ed nav\u0161t\u00edvit jak\u00fdkoliv ze z\u00e1vod\u016f n\u00e1rodn\u00edho poh\u00e1ru nebo t\u0159eba jenom region\u00e1ln\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e, kde n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z rodi\u010d\u016f jen obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b psychicky zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed z\u00e1vod sv\u00e9ho potomka. Vznikl\u00fd stres se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed na d\u00edt\u011b, pro kter\u00e9 je pak sportovn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017e nikoliv z\u00e1bavou ale utrpen\u00edm, kde se sna\u017e\u00ed naplnit o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a sny sv\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f, m\u00edsto aby si u\u017e\u00edvalo prostou radost, kterou sport p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Trendy modern\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku mladistv\u00fdch se \u010dasto m\u011bn\u00ed, neexistuje jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 metodika a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd tr\u00e9nink z\u00e1vis\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na intuici, zku\u0161enostech a aktivit\u011b tren\u00e9ra, kter\u00fdm je v&nbsp;mnoha p\u0159\u00edpadech s\u00e1m rodi\u010d d\u00edt\u011bte.<br \/>\nV&nbsp;ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u011btsk\u00e9 kategorii vid\u00edme na z\u00e1vodech v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00ed \u0159adu \u0161ikovn\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jenom na z\u00e1klad\u011b vrozen\u00fdch dispozic, bez jak\u00e9hokoliv specializovan\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku p\u0159ed\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9 vrstevn\u00edky. Postupem v\u011bku se jejich po\u010det rapidn\u011b ten\u010d\u00ed. Je\u0161t\u011b v&nbsp;kategorii junior\u016f m\u00e1me alespo\u0148 n\u011bkolik jedinc\u016f schopn\u00fdch z\u00e1vodit v&nbsp;mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed konkurenci.<br \/>\nP\u0159echod do kategorie U23 s&nbsp;o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky a s mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed konkurenceschopnost\u00ed u\u017e ale zvl\u00e1dne jenom jeden, maxim\u00e1ln\u011b dva a \u010dastokr\u00e1t nikdo.<br \/>\nTo sam\u00e9 pak plat\u00ed pro p\u0159echod z&nbsp;kategorie U23 do Elite.<br \/>\nOstatn\u011b posta\u010d\u00ed se pod\u00edvat na n\u00e1\u0161 reprezenta\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdm horsk\u00fdch kol. Ve t\u0159in\u00e1ctilet\u00e9 historii zvl\u00e1dli p\u0159echod z&nbsp;kategorie junior do U23 a pozd\u011bji Elite v&nbsp;p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9m v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edm za\u0159azen\u00ed jenom t\u0159i jezdci: Jaroslav Kulhav\u00fd, Jan \u0160karnitzl a nejmlad\u0161\u00edm je Ond\u0159ej Cink. V\u0161ichni byli v\u00fdrazn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed u\u017e v&nbsp;d\u011btsk\u00fdch a juniorsk\u00fdch letech, toto potvrdili n\u00e1sledn\u011b i v&nbsp;kategorii U23 a stejn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed jsou i nyn\u00ed v&nbsp;kategorii Elite. A v\u0161ichni m\u011bli po sv\u00e9m boku juniorsk\u00e9 reprezenta\u010dn\u00ed kolegy, kte\u0159\u00ed je ob\u010das dok\u00e1zali i porazit, nebo je dokonce i p\u0159evy\u0161ovali, ale nepoda\u0159ilo se jim sportovn\u00ed kari\u00e9ru prot\u00e1hnout a\u017e do dosp\u011blosti.<br \/>\nFaktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 toto zp\u016fsob\u00ed, je n\u011bkolik, v\u00edme o nich, dok\u00e1\u017eeme je \u010dastokr\u00e1t dokonce i p\u0159edv\u00eddat a hovo\u0159it o nich otev\u0159en\u011b se z\u00e1vodn\u00edky, jejich tren\u00e9ry, t\u00fdmy, rodi\u010di, a p\u0159esto se n\u00e1m v\u00fdvoj z\u00e1vodn\u00edka nepoda\u0159\u00ed udr\u017eet v&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm nastaven\u00ed. \u00daskal\u00ed sportovn\u00ed cesty mlad\u00e9ho sportovce jsou nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e1, a to i v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee spl\u0148uje v\u0161echny parametry pro v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport d\u011bt\u00ed, a plat\u00ed to nejenom pro cyklistiku, se v&nbsp;posledn\u00edch letech velmi rychle vyv\u00edj\u00ed. Je to samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed sportovci mohou ekonomicky zajistit nejenom sebe na cel\u00fd \u017eivot, nav\u00edc vidina sl\u00e1vy, spole\u010densk\u00e9ho respektu a atraktivn\u00edho \u017eivota je l\u00e1kav\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dam\u011brn\u011b tomu se specializuje tr\u00e9nink d\u011bt\u00ed, vznikaj\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 akademie, v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 kluby, kter\u00e9 jsou orientovan\u00e9 jenom na v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport a d\u00edt\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t \u010dlenem a\u017e po prok\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti a talentu a ojedin\u011bl\u00e9 nejsou ani tzv. rodinn\u00e9 t\u00fdmy, kdy rodi\u010de investuj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc pom\u011brn\u011b zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1stku do tr\u00e9ninku sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, naj\u00edmaj\u00ed si tren\u00e9ry a r\u016fzn\u00e9 specialisty, od kter\u00fdch pak o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u011b odvedenou pr\u00e1ci a sportovn\u00ed r\u016fst sv\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed s&nbsp;jedin\u00fdm c\u00edlem \u2013 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed sport. Nen\u00ed ojedin\u011bl\u00e9 ani to, \u017ee rodi\u010de u\u017e po absolvov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edho stupn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011b orientuj\u00ed \u010dist\u011b na sport, bez jak\u00fdchkoliv dal\u0161\u00edch studijn\u00edch \u010di z\u00e1jmov\u00fdch aktivit. N\u011bkdy je to dokonce koncipovan\u00e9 tak, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b u\u017e od \u0161koln\u00edho v\u011bku tr\u00e1v\u00ed ve\u0161ker\u00fd sv\u016fj \u010das v zahrani\u010dn\u00ed&nbsp;destinaci, kter\u00e1 je vhodn\u00e1 pro celoro\u010dn\u00ed cyklistick\u00fd tr\u00e9nink.<\/p>\n<p>Zn\u00e1m takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f ze sou\u010dasnosti n\u011bkolik, s&nbsp;jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;nich jsem spolupracoval od \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch let a\u017e do juniorsk\u00e9ho v\u011bku a dnes je tento jedinec jezdcem profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed cyklistick\u00e9 st\u00e1je.<br \/>\nTento model m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd, ov\u0161em ani zdaleka nep\u0159edstavuje pravidlo.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>P\u0159edpoklady pro v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport<\/strong><br \/>\nPro v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport jsou st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed t\u0159i faktory:<br \/>\n<strong>1) Sportovn\u00ed talent<\/strong><br \/>\nPrvn\u00edm parametrem pro v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b sportovn\u00ed talent. Pom\u011brn\u011b snadno rozpoznateln\u00e1 v\u011bc u\u017e od \u00fatl\u00e9ho v\u011bku.<br \/>\n<strong>2) Fyzick\u00e9 a fyziologick\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady <\/strong><br \/>\nDal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prvkem jsou fyzick\u00e9 a fyziologick\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady pro v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink. Zvl\u00e1dnout ka\u017edodenn\u00ed n\u011bkolikahodinov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink a nadstandardn\u00ed fyzickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee jenom ur\u010dit\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st populace.<br \/>\n<strong>3) Ment\u00e1ln\u00ed dispozice<\/strong><br \/>\nT\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00e9 skl\u00e1danky zvan\u00e9 vrcholov\u00fd sportovec jsou ment\u00e1ln\u00ed dispozice. Sportovn\u00ed terminologi\u00ed \u0159e\u010deno \u201edobr\u00e1 hlava\u201c. Vrcholov\u00fd sportovec mus\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnout nejenom psychicky n\u00e1ro\u010dnou ka\u017edodenn\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkovou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a monot\u00f3nn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, ale i jistou odlou\u010denost od sv\u00fdch vrstevn\u00edk\u016f a jejich b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Dal\u0161\u00ed problematikou je psychologie p\u0159edz\u00e1vodn\u00edho a z\u00e1vodn\u00edho stavu. \u010castokr\u00e1t ne\u0159e\u0161iteln\u00fd probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd u\u017e zastavil mnoho mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b disponovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f. D\u00e1 se do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry natr\u00e9novat a ovlivnit, nicm\u00e9n\u011b zaru\u010den\u00fd recept neexistuje, a tak v\u00fdsledek \u010dastokr\u00e1t velmi slo\u017eit\u00e9 sportovn\u011b psychologick\u00e9 terapie nen\u00ed ani zdaleka uspokojiv\u00fd.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSportovn\u00ed talent, vrozen\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 a fyziologick\u00e9 dispozice i ment\u00e1ln\u00ed dispozice spolu tvo\u0159\u00ed spojen\u00e9 n\u00e1doby a navz\u00e1jem se ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed. V\u017edy ale plat\u00ed, \u017ee se daj\u00ed do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry kompenzovat a natr\u00e9novat. Nedostatek sportovn\u00edho talentu m\u016f\u017eete do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry kompenzovat tr\u00e9ninkovou p\u00edl\u00ed a dob\u0159e propracovan\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkem, kter\u00fd bude postupn\u011b rozv\u00edjet d\u00edt\u011b po v\u0161ech str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nTo sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed o fyzick\u00fdch a fyziologick\u00fdch p\u0159edpokladech. Pokud budete dob\u0159e zn\u00e1t siln\u00e1 a slab\u00e1 m\u00edsta sv\u00fdch sv\u011b\u0159enc\u016f, m\u016f\u017eete se specializovan\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkem nedostatk\u016f a pos\u00edlen\u00edm p\u0159ednost\u00ed dostat vysoko nad p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00e9 limity. V\u00fdb\u011br vhodn\u00e9 discipl\u00edny pro pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed specializaci je kl\u00ed\u010dovou v\u011bc\u00ed ve sportovn\u00ed kari\u00e9\u0159e ml\u00e1de\u017ee. M\u00e1lokdy se stane, \u017ee je d\u00edt\u011b profilov\u00e1no u\u017e od \u00fatl\u00e9ho d\u011btstv\u00ed k&nbsp;jedn\u00e9 discipl\u00edn\u011b, obecn\u011b p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 snaha o kombinaci v\u00edce discipl\u00edn u mlad\u00fdch cyklist\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 koncepce ale profilaci k&nbsp;jedn\u00e9 discipl\u00edn\u011b up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed u\u017e od \u00fatl\u00e9ho d\u011btstv\u00ed a nutno podotknout, \u017ee ne bez \u00fasp\u011bch\u016f.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nNa\u0161e zku\u0161enost v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vytrvalostn\u00edch discipl\u00edn a rychlostn\u011b vytrvalostn\u00edch discipl\u00edn up\u0159ednost\u0148uje u d\u011bt\u00ed osvojen\u00ed hned n\u011bkolika discipl\u00edn a tento model zast\u00e1v\u00e1m i j\u00e1.<br \/>\nOd ur\u010dit\u00e9ho v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte, v\u011bt\u0161inou od kategorie kadet\u016f, je dobr\u00e9 mlad\u00e9 z\u00e1vodn\u00edky v\u00edce profilovat a postupn\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159it na jejich specializaci. Kombinace discipl\u00edn se zu\u017euj\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou je to MTB \u2013 cyklokros &#8211; silnice, dr\u00e1ha \u2013 silnice a cyklokros \u2013 silnice. Postupn\u011b by se ale i toto m\u011blo profilovat a v&nbsp;juniorsk\u00e9m v\u011bku u\u017e by m\u011bla p\u0159evl\u00e1dat jedna v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 specializace a ostatn\u00ed discipl\u00edny by m\u011bly p\u0159ej\u00edt do dopl\u0148kov\u00e9ho, tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kombinace discipl\u00edn<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159es v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 je ale mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b absolvovat b\u011bhem sez\u00f3ny vybran\u00e9 z\u00e1vody ve dvou, n\u011bkdy i ve v\u00edce discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch. Tomuto procesu ale mus\u00ed p\u0159edch\u00e1zet velmi d\u016fkladn\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00ed sez\u00f3ny, tr\u00e9ninku i regenerace a odpo\u010dinkov\u00fdch dn\u00ed. Bohu\u017eel nezvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed t\u00e9to problematiky je u n\u00e1s nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed chybou, kter\u00e1 vede k&nbsp;pozastaven\u00ed nebo dokonce&nbsp;ukon\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edho r\u016fstu talentovan\u00e9ho mlad\u00e9ho cyklisty. Je to velmi prost\u00e9, \u0161ikovn\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b vynik\u00e1 hned v&nbsp;n\u011bkolika discipl\u00edn\u00e1ch, vyhr\u00e1v\u00e1 a okol\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte, pos\u00edleno v\u011bdom\u00edm v\u00fdborn\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f, pokra\u010duje v&nbsp;setrval\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku a z\u00e1vod\u011bn\u00ed bez pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch \u00faprav. D\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji ale tento koncept zpravidla sel\u017ee a n\u00e1vrat zp\u011bt je slo\u017eit\u00fd, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pak, kdy\u017e se opakuj\u00ed zab\u011bhnut\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 chyby. V\u011bt\u0161inou chyb\u00ed redukce z\u00e1vodn\u00edho programu, projevuje se p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, tr\u00e9nink postr\u00e1d\u00e1 odpo\u010dinek i pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed objemov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy, kter\u00e9 je bu\u010f \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nebo jen velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9. Nej\u010dast\u011bji to v&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b vid\u00edme u kombinace MTB \u2013 cyklokros &#8211; silnice a silnice &#8211; dr\u00e1ha. Uveden\u00e9 discipl\u00edny se daj\u00ed kombinovat, dokonce i na vrcholov\u00e9 \u00farovni, ale mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt promy\u0161len\u00e9 a v\u017edy vzta\u017een\u00e9 na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho z\u00e1vodn\u00edka. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad uvedu Simona Andreassena, d\u00e1nsk\u00fd talent t\u00fdmu Specialized Racing. Simon byl v&nbsp;obou sv\u00fdch juniorsk\u00fdch letech mistrem sv\u011bta a Evropy horsk\u00fdch kol a to sam\u00e9 se mu poda\u0159ilo i v&nbsp;cyklokrosu. Zat\u00edmco bikovou sez\u00f3nu Simon absolvoval v&nbsp;plnohodnotn\u00e9 form\u011b, cyklokrosov\u00e1 byla zam\u011b\u0159ena pouze s&nbsp;ohledem na ME a MS a mimo tyto z\u00e1vody jel Simon u\u017e jenom n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u0161ampion\u00e1t a jeden nebo dva z\u00e1vody sv\u011btov\u00e9ho poh\u00e1ru. Umo\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1m v\u00fdrazn\u011bji ovlivnit a koordinovat nastaven\u00ed cel\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 koncepce.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1sadn\u00edm prvkem soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed je zklidn\u011bn\u00ed jedince, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 po ur\u010ditou dobu na starosti jenom sport. Nemus\u00ed chodit do \u0161koly, soust\u0159ed\u00ed se \u010dist\u011b na p\u0159edepsan\u00fd tr\u00e9nink, regeneraci a dal\u0161\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed v\u011bci. Cel\u00e1 \u0159ada cyklistick\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f, od n\u00e1rodn\u00edch a\u017e po jednotliv\u00e9 kluby, st\u00e1le v\u00edce up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed tzv. centr\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu t\u00fdmu. Tento koncept nen\u00ed o tom, \u017ee by v\u0161ichni d\u011blali tot\u00e9\u017e, naopak, up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed se individu\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny, ov\u0161em ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 komunit\u011b a v&nbsp;kombinaci se spole\u010dn\u00fdmi tr\u00e9ninky. Tento model u\u017e n\u011bkolik let aplikuje i seniorsk\u00e1 reprezentace MTB. Spole\u010dn\u00fdch zimn\u00edch soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina bikov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky, \u010dastokr\u00e1t dopln\u011bn\u00e1 o specialisty i na jin\u00e9 discipl\u00edny.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nV&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b juniorsk\u00fdch reprezentant\u016f se mi velmi osv\u011bd\u010dily tzv. minisoust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed. Jsou to kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 bloky, v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho roku, kter\u00e9 za\u0159azujeme do v\u0161edn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy tak, aby co nejm\u00e9n\u011b naru\u0161ovaly b\u011b\u017en\u00fd denn\u00ed re\u017eim a \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zku z\u00e1vodn\u00edka. V\u011bt\u0161inou tyto cykly prob\u00edhaj\u00ed&nbsp; ve t\u0159\u00eddenn\u00edch bloc\u00edch \u2013 p\u00e1tek, sobota, ned\u011ble a jsou velmi intenzivn\u00ed. N\u00e1pl\u0148 t\u0159\u00eddenn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na obdob\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se z\u00e1vodn\u00edk nach\u00e1z\u00ed. V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fd tr\u00e9nink je pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dnou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kdy\u017e jde o cyklick\u00fd proces, kter\u00fd se v&nbsp;zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch pravideln\u011b opakuje. Velmi dob\u0159e sestaven\u00fd z\u00e1vodn\u00ed program, kter\u00fd ur\u010dovali jeho prvn\u00ed tren\u00e9\u0159i, Jan Va\u0148ous a pozd\u011bji v&nbsp;juniorsk\u00e9 kategorii Jan Slav\u00ed\u010dek, rozv\u00edjel J\u00e1ru po v\u0161ech str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch. J\u00e1ra z\u00e1vodil na horsk\u00fdch kolech, silnici i v&nbsp;cyklokrosu. Trouf\u00e1m si nyn\u00ed s&nbsp;odstupem \u010dasu tvrdit, \u017ee d\u00edky z\u00e1vodn\u00ed pestrosti a vhodn\u011b poskl\u00e1dan\u00fdm kombinac\u00edm z\u00e1vod\u016f si vypracoval nev\u0161edn\u00ed v\u0161estrannost, kter\u00e1 z&nbsp;n\u011bj nyn\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1 jedin\u00e9ho cyklistu sv\u011bta, kter\u00fd vyhr\u00e1l v\u0161e co se vyhr\u00e1t d\u00e1 nejenom v&nbsp;olympijsk\u00e9m cross country, ale tak\u00e9 v&nbsp;maratonu horsk\u00fdch kol.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kladem J\u00e1rova ml\u00e1de\u017enick\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku byly z\u00e1vody. Tento faktor pak dopl\u0148oval dob\u0159e nastaven\u00fd rytmus odpo\u010dinkov\u00fdch a tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdch dn\u00ed, kter\u00fd si u\u017e tehdy do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry ovliv\u0148oval J\u00e1ra s\u00e1m svou intuic\u00ed a snahou vypracovat si osobn\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fd pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd mu umo\u017e\u0148oval kulminovat svou formu ke konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmu z\u00e1vodn\u00edmu dni. Forma ka\u017edodenn\u00ed sportovn\u00ed aktivity by pro d\u011bti m\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e1, z\u00e1bavn\u00e1, pestr\u00e1 a v\u0161estrann\u011b rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed. V&nbsp;t\u00e9to podob\u011b je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed d\u011btem nastavit pravidelnost a dohl\u00ed\u017eet na jejich tr\u00e9ninkovou doch\u00e1zku a aktivitu.<br \/>\nPokud jde ale o v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed formu sportu, v&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedoporu\u010duji na tomto trvat, pokud se d\u00edt\u011b samo s v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edm sportem neztoto\u017e\u0148uje nebo nejev\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 dispozice pro v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed sport. Doporu\u010duji ponechat d\u00edt\u011bti v\u017edy pot\u0159ebnou radost z&nbsp;pohybu a na n\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b budovat, za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed, v\u00fdkonnostn\u00ed str\u00e1nku.<br \/>\nTo sam\u00e9 plat\u00ed o z\u00e1vod\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud d\u00edt\u011b bude jezdit na z\u00e1vody sice vysok\u00e9 kvality, nicm\u00e9n\u011b se skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee bude dokon\u010dovat z\u00e1vod hluboko v&nbsp;poli pora\u017een\u00fdch, jen t\u011b\u017eko u n\u011bj m\u016f\u017eeme budovat motivaci pro z\u00e1vodn\u00ed formu sportu.
