Nen\u00ed divu, individu\u00e1ln\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u011b poskl\u00e1dan\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek skute\u010dn\u011b hraje v\u00fdznamnou roli v&nbsp;tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9m a z\u00e1vodn\u00edm procesu a sv\u011bt v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edho sportu v\u011bnuje v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b stejnou pozornost jako nap\u0159\u00edklad tr\u00e9ninku, regeneraci, technice, fyziologii t\u011blesn\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee&nbsp;a dal\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1le\u017eitostem, kter\u00e9 v&nbsp;komplexu tvo\u0159\u00ed a ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed kvalitu sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nNe\u017e se ale podrobn\u011b sezn\u00e1m\u00edme s&nbsp;tvorbou j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku sportovce, zamyslete se na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed zpr\u00e1vou:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nV\u011bdc\u016fm z&nbsp;University of Montana se necht\u011blo u\u017e d\u00e1le spekulovat nad diskusemi, zda je \u010di nen\u00ed stravov\u00e1n\u00ed ve&nbsp;Fast foodu neslu\u010diteln\u00e9 se sportem a uskute\u010dnili velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00fd v\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd se r\u00e1zem stal jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;nesledovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch prac\u00ed v&nbsp;posledn\u00ed dob\u011b.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nV\u00fdsledky studie byly publikov\u00e1ny v&nbsp;International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism a z\u00e1v\u011br zn\u00ed:<br \/>\n<strong>Mezi tradi\u010dn\u00edmi sportovn\u00edmi suplementy a rychl\u00fdm ob\u010derstven\u00edm nen\u00ed v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd rozd\u00edl na \u00farovni poz\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9ho dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sob glykogenu.<\/strong><br \/>\nStudie se \u00fa\u010dastnilo dvan\u00e1ct cyklist\u016f, mu\u017e\u016f. V\u0161ichni cyklist\u00e9 absolvovali dva nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 testy v n\u00e1hodn\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed. Nejprve se z\u00fa\u010dastnili devades\u00e1ti minutov\u00e9 j\u00edzdy, aby v organismu do\u0161lo k vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed glykogenu. N\u00e1sledovala \u010dty\u0159hodinov\u00e1 regenera\u010dn\u00ed pauza. Ihned po v\u00fdkonu a d\u00e1le dv\u011b hodiny po n\u011bm byla sportovc\u016fm poskytnuta strava bu\u010f z tradi\u010dn\u00edch sportovn\u00edch zdroj\u016f (Clif, Powerbar, Gatorade), nebo typicky fastfoodov\u00e9ho ra\u017een\u00ed (hranolky, hamburgery, brambor\u00e1ky). Po uplynut\u00ed \u010dty\u0159hodinov\u00e9 relaxa\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze absolvovali testovan\u00ed&nbsp;jezdci dvacetikilometrovou \u010dasovku.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledovala svalov\u00e1 biopsie (odeb\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed) a rozbory krevn\u00edch vzork\u016f.<br \/>\nV\u00fdsledky test\u016f jsou v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9. Mezi dv\u011bma skupinami s r\u016fznou stravou nebyly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se krevn\u00edho cukru nebo v\u00fdvoje hladiny inzulinu v krvi. Ani rychlost a kvalita dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed glykogenu nevyk\u00e1zala rozd\u00edl. A kone\u010dn\u011b, rozd\u00edly se neuk\u00e1zaly ani p\u0159i v\u00fdkonech v z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 \u010dasovce.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nCo z&nbsp;t\u00e9to zpr\u00e1vy vlastn\u011b plyne a je to skute\u010dn\u011b tak jednoduch\u00e9?<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nP\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je pot\u0159eba zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee studie m\u00e1 hned n\u011bkolik \u00farovn\u00ed pro kritiku a odborn\u00edci nad v\u00fdsledky bou\u0159liv\u011b diskutuj\u00ed.<br \/>\n<em>\u201eDes\u00edtky nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed p\u0159evzaly v\u00fdsledky na\u0161\u00ed studie, ale ne v\u0161echna ji spr\u00e1vn\u011b interpretovala,&#8220;<\/em>&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Brent Ruby, vedouc\u00ed experimentu a \u0159editel univerzitn\u00edho Centra University of Montana pro z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eovou fyziologii a metabolismus.&nbsp;<em>\u201e\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci na\u0161\u00ed stude jedli mal\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed produkt\u016f rychl\u00e9ho ob\u010derstven\u00ed, nespo\u0159\u00e1dali XXXL menu burger\u016f a hranolek. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k dobr\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm je p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enost,&#8220;<\/em>podtrhuje Ruby.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nTuto zpr\u00e1vu jsem do textu neuvedl proto, abyste \u201ep\u0159ekopali\u201c stravovac\u00ed pravidla zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy. Uv\u00e1d\u00edm ji proto, \u017ee i v&nbsp;oblasti stravov\u00e1n\u00ed, podobn\u011b jako v\u0161ech dal\u0161\u00edch, kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon je nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159edkem v\u0161eho d\u011bn\u00ed zdrav\u00fd rozum a p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enost\u2026 &nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nOt\u00e1zkou stravov\u00e1n\u00ed sportovc\u016f se v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b zab\u00fdv\u00e1 mnoho specialist\u016f na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, nicm\u00e9n\u011b t\u011bch, jejich\u017e rady a doporu\u010den\u00ed profesion\u00e1ln\u00edm sportovc\u016fm skute\u010dn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed jejich v\u00fdkon je jenom velmi m\u00e1lo.<br \/>\nU\u017e jenom skute\u010dnost, \u017ee individu\u00e1ln\u00ed studie a v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dky sportovn\u00edch profesion\u00e1l\u016f jsou podlo\u017een\u00e9 tou nejpropracovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed diagnostikou a testy, kter\u00fdmi sou\u010dasn\u00e1 medic\u00edna a laboratorn\u00ed diagnostika disponuje, v\u00fdznamn\u011b zu\u017euje spektrum odborn\u00edk\u016f na v\u00fd\u017eivu.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edstup k&nbsp;nejmodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed diagnostice a test\u016fm je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b omezen\u00fd a odbornost\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b analyzovat v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 data disponuje tak\u00e9 jenom p\u00e1r specialist\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>O finan\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladnosti takov\u00e9ho procesu pak asi ani nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba hovo\u0159it.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nA jak takov\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek sportovn\u00edho profesion\u00e1la vlastn\u011b vznik\u00e1? Po detailn\u00ed osobn\u00ed konzultaci a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 diagnostice je odborn\u00edkem navr\u017een individu\u00e1ln\u00ed stravovac\u00ed model&nbsp;ve vztahu k&nbsp;ur\u010dit\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 f\u00e1zi. Stravovac\u00edch model\u016f je cel\u00e1 \u0159ada, n\u011bkter\u00e9 jsou popsan\u00e9 v&nbsp;odborn\u00fdch \u010dasopisech, n\u011bkter\u00e9 se individu\u00e1ln\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed podle pocit\u016f a pot\u0159eb z\u00e1vodn\u00edka a nutno podotknout, \u017ee mnoho stravovac\u00edch variant je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za tajemstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je pe\u010dliv\u011b st\u0159e\u017eeno n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi sportovn\u00edmi centry, podobn\u011b jako tomu je nap\u0159\u00edklad v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b know \u2013 how a metodiky vysokohorsk\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku.<\/p>\n<p>Doporu\u010den\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek pak sportovec spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdm odborn\u00edkem znovu testuje, upravuje a kalibruje v&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpravy. Tento proces m\u016f\u017ee trvat i n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Snahou je nal\u00e9zt ten nejl\u00e9pe funguj\u00edc\u00ed model a znovu upozor\u0148uji, \u017ee jde o vysoce individu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Pokud se to poda\u0159\u00ed, je to pro sportovce velk\u00e9 plus a spr\u00e1vn\u011b poskl\u00e1dan\u00e1 strava hraje v\u00fdznamnou roli nejenom v&nbsp;b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m tr\u00e9ninku, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v&nbsp;gradaci sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu pro d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z\u00e1vody. Ale nejenom toto strava dok\u00e1\u017ee. Specializovan\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek dok\u00e1\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 kompenzovat, potla\u010dit \u010di dokonce eliminovat n\u011bkter\u00e9 handicapy \u010di onemocn\u011bn\u00ed sportovc\u016f.
