P\u0159esto\u017ee seri\u00e1l byl publikov\u00e1n po\u010d\u00e1tkem roku je velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 ho sledovat s dopln\u011bn\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f v roce 2012, kter\u00e9 byly dosa\u017eeny a\u017e po otisknut\u00ed. Doporu\u010dujeme tedy pozorn\u011b sledovat cel\u00fd seri\u00e1l, nejenom cyklist\u016fm&#8230; <\/em>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika je skute\u010dnou velmoc\u00ed v atraktivn\u00ed discipl\u00edn\u011b zvan\u00e9 Four Cross. Ov\u0161em tato v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e1 pozice je vykoupen\u00e1 litry potu a tis\u00edcovkami tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdch hodin. Dal\u0161\u00ed z osobnost\u00ed m\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 skupiny je trojn\u00e1sobn\u00fd a \u00fa\u0159aduj\u00edc\u00ed mistr sv\u011bta ve 4x &#8211; Michal Prokop. <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.caths.cz\/image\/sekretarky\/poradna\/6\/003.jpg\">\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tS Michalem jsem \u00fazce za\u010dal spolupracovat na ja\u0159e roku 2010. Na\u0161e spolupr\u00e1ce se t\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm fyzick\u00e9 kondice, v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 cyklistick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy s c\u00edlem vybudovat pot\u0159ebn\u00fd, rychlostn\u011b vytrvalostn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l, ze kter\u00e9ho Michal t\u011b\u017e\u00ed po celou n\u00e1ro\u010dnou sez\u00f3nu.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tB\u011bhem roku spole\u010dn\u011b absolvujeme v obdob\u00ed \u0159\u00edjen \u2013 duben, ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden, 2 a\u017e 3 dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninky v motolsk\u00e9 hale. Tato forma p\u0159\u00edpravy four crossov\u00e9ho mistra sv\u011bta, v\u017edy byla pro mnoh\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm. Ale Michal s mou dr\u00e1hovou skupinou tr\u00e9nuje t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem u\u017e n\u011bkolik sez\u00f3n. Vych\u00e1z\u00edme z Michalov\u00fdch p\u0159edpoklad\u016f a dispozic. Je vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm dr\u00e1ha\u0159em, co\u017e dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 i skute\u010dnost, \u017ee v minulosti byl \u010dlenem dr\u00e1hov\u00e9ho reprezenta\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu. A i kdy\u017e se to na prvn\u00ed pohled nezd\u00e1, rychlostn\u00ed dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 discipl\u00edny maj\u00ed mnoh\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u00e9 s four crossem i bikrosem. Start, maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rychlostn\u00ed vytrvalost, silovou v\u00fdbu\u0161nost\u2026\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tP\u0159\u00edpravu na sez\u00f3nu 2012 jsme v mnoha sm\u011brech upravovali pro olympijskou bikrosovou kvalifikaci. Ov\u0161em s t\u00edm, \u017ee ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u00fapravy tr\u00e9ninku by se m\u011bly pozitivn\u011b projevit v Michalov\u011b hlavn\u00ed discipl\u00edn\u011b, four crossu. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm se jednalo o rozvoj rychlostn\u00ed vytrvalosti. Sv\u011btov\u00fd bikros se prodlou\u017eil , z p\u016fvodn\u00edch 30 sekund z\u00e1vodu je nyn\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 sekund v maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rychlostn\u00ed, tepov\u00e9 i silov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 vte\u0159ina z\u00e1vodu nav\u00edc p\u0159edstavuje zna\u010dn\u00e9 a dlouhodob\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed. Na to jsme se v tr\u00e9ninku zam\u011b\u0159ili nejv\u00edce. Rychlostn\u00ed vytrvalost rozv\u00edj\u00edme speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi tempov\u00fdmi \u00faseky a rychlostn\u00edmi \u00faseky s pevn\u00fdm startem. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou f\u00e1z\u00ed je tak\u00e9 za\u0159azen\u00ed letm\u00fdch \u00fasek\u016f v maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 rychlosti. Hodn\u011b ten tr\u00e9nink p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 metodiku p\u0159\u00edpravy dr\u00e1ha\u0159e, specialisty na kilometr s pevn\u00fdm startem. Ov\u0161em s \u0159adou \u00faprav, podle pot\u0159eb Michala.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.caths.cz\/image\/sekretarky\/poradna\/6\/004.jpg\">\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSpecializovan\u00e9mu, rychlostn\u00edmu tr\u00e9ninku nejd\u0159\u00edve p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed mnoho hodin objemov\u00e9 dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy, kterou Michal v\u011bt\u0161inou absolvuje spole\u010dn\u011b s Jirkou Je\u017ekem, kdy\u017e absolvuj\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 hodiny objemov\u00e9ho dr\u00e1hov\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku. Skute\u010dn\u011b netradi\u010dn\u00ed skupinka, na kterou p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci haly z\u00edraj\u00ed s nehran\u00fdm \u00fa\u017easem.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDr\u00e1hov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink je v\u00edce ne\u017e n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Ov\u0161em je\u0161t\u011b mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, kdy\u017e se kombinuje s nezbytnou p\u0159\u00edpravou v posilovn\u011b. Michal str\u00e1v\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b stovky hodin v posilovn\u011b, kde tr\u00e9nuje pod veden\u00edm specializovan\u00e9ho tren\u00e9ra pro silovou \u010d\u00e1st p\u0159\u00edpravy. Tr\u00e9nink v posilovn\u011b se sna\u017e\u00edme propojit s cyklistick\u00fdm, tu n\u00e1vaznost p\u0159ipravujeme velmi pe\u010dliv\u011b a posledn\u00ed slovo m\u00e1 v\u017edy Michal. Pokud by tomu tak nebylo hrozilo by, \u017ee takto n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava nebude efektivn\u00ed, rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed a v\u00fdsledkem bude jen a pouze \u00fanava.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tNad r\u00e1mec dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy pak Michal absolvuje i klasick\u00e9 silni\u010dn\u00ed tr\u00e9ninky, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na rozvoj obecn\u00e9 vytrvalosti a to v\u010detn\u011b tr\u00e9ninku na klasick\u00e9m horsk\u00e9m kole. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy je pak speci\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9nink techniky na bikrosov\u00e9m \u010di four crossov\u00e9m kole a to plat\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i pro zimn\u00ed obdob\u00ed, kdy Michal tr\u00e9nuje techniku na kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 trati, kterou si pro tento \u00fa\u010del vytvo\u0159il.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.caths.cz\/image\/sekretarky\/poradna\/6\/020.jpg\">\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tJak je z uveden\u00fdch \u0159\u00e1dk\u016f patrn\u00e9, tr\u00e9nink Michala se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z n\u011bkolika f\u00e1z\u00ed. Pokud bych m\u011bl charakterizovat stru\u010dn\u011b Michalovu tr\u00e9ninkovou povahu, je podobn\u011b, jako Jirka Je\u017eek nebo J\u00e1ra Kulhav\u00fd skute\u010dn\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdm d\u0159\u00ed\u010dem. M\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninky vych\u00e1zej\u00ed z klasick\u00e9 \u0161koly Pavla Vr\u0161eck\u00e9ho a jsou nekompromisn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Ov\u0161em to co vydr\u017e\u00ed a absolvuje b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy Michal je obdivuhodn\u00e9. Jen pro ilustraci, kontroln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 \u010dasy na dr\u00e1ze absolvuje na \u00farovni \u010desk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tVelmi si Michala v\u00e1\u017e\u00edm, je cyklistou s neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdm talentem, kter\u00fd dok\u00e1zal, svou p\u00edl\u00ed a \u00fasil\u00edm, rozvinout hned do n\u011bkolika discipl\u00edn, 4X, bikrosu a dr\u00e1hy. To se poda\u0159ilo jen m\u00e1lokomu. Dok\u00e1\u017ee mistrn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt zku\u0161enost\u00ed ze v\u0161ech discipl\u00edn, kter\u00fdm se v\u011bnuje a navz\u00e1jem je v p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b kombinovat. Jeho tr\u00e9nink p\u0159edstavuje opravdov\u00fd unik\u00e1t, ov\u0161em kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdsledky sv\u011btov\u00e9 4X Protour, kde se Michal um\u00edstil na 1 a druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b, je nutno konstatovat, \u017ee Michal\u016fv tr\u00e9nink je pln\u011b efektivn\u00ed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tJe pot\u0159eba zm\u00ednit je\u0161t\u011b jednu Michalovu p\u0159ednost, kter\u00e1 je jeho velmi silnou zbran\u00ed. Je to psychika, mistrn\u00e1 dovednost koncentrovat se na z\u00e1vod a dok\u00e1zat se v kritick\u00e9 chv\u00edli, ve zlomku \u010dasu rozhodnout, b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraven i na ne\u010dekan\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti. Asi nejl\u00e9pe to dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 Michalova reakce p\u0159i lo\u0148sk\u00e9m z\u00e1vod\u011b mistrovstv\u00ed sv\u011bta po hromadn\u00e9m p\u00e1du v\u0161ech jezdc\u016f. Michal se dok\u00e1zal ve zlomku vte\u0159iny zorientovat v hromadn\u00e9m p\u00e1du, znovu nasko\u010dit na kolo a v\u00edt\u011bzn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem pokra\u010dovat v z\u00e1vod\u011b navzdory oto\u010den\u00fdm \u0159id\u00edtk\u016fm a bolestiv\u00e9mu zran\u011bn\u00ed. Jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00fd, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd kdo tento z\u00e1vod vid\u011bl, a\u0165 u\u017e na\u017eivo \u010di v televizn\u00edm p\u0159enosu mus\u00ed uznat, \u017ee \u0161lo o strhuj\u00edc\u00ed pod\u00edvanou.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.caths.cz\/image\/sekretarky\/poradna\/6\/021.jpg\">\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t4X je div\u00e1cky velmi atraktivn\u00ed discipl\u00ednou a j\u00edzdy t\u011bch nejlep\u0161\u00edch jsou skute\u010dn\u00fdm mistrovstv\u00edm. Tra\u0165, kter\u00e1 je pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho bikera v podstat\u011b nesj\u00edzdn\u00e1 svou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost\u00ed, absolvuj\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed four crosa\u0159i sv\u011bta ve sprintu, na hranici lidsk\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed s absenc\u00ed strachu \u010di alespo\u0148 respektu. I v leto\u0161n\u00ed sez\u00f3n\u011b na\u0161i jezdci, v \u010dele s Michalem diktuj\u00ed tempo cel\u00e9mu sv\u011btu a j\u00e1 pevn\u011b v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee svou p\u0159evahu potvrd\u00ed i na mistrovstv\u00ed sv\u011bta, kter\u00e9 se v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed uskute\u010dn\u00ed v rakousk\u00fdch Alp\u00e1ch.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPou\u010den\u00ed z tr\u00e9ninku Michala Prokopa:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\u201eCyklistika je jenom jedna\u2026\u201c \u2013 ano, tato v\u011bta, za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed, skute\u010dn\u011b plat\u00ed.
