Sportovci v\u011bt\u0161inou po p\u00e1r dnech nemoci, kdy se jim trochu ulev\u00ed, za\u010dnou poci\u0165ovat jist\u00e9 \u201eabstinen\u010dn\u00ed\u201c p\u0159\u00edznaky a maj\u00ed tendenci urychlovat l\u00e9\u010dbu a za\u010d\u00edt znovu tr\u00e9novat. Pocit, \u017ee ztrat\u00edte mnoha hodinami a dny neshrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnou v\u00fdkonnost, b\u00fdv\u00e1 velmi siln\u00fd.<br \/>\nVelmi d\u016frazn\u011b ale doporu\u010duji, \u0159\u00eddit se radami l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f a neusp\u011bchat naordinovanou l\u00e9\u010dbu. Tr\u00e9ninkem p\u0159i nemoci toti\u017e v\u016fbec nic nez\u00edsk\u00e1te, sp\u00ed\u0161e naopak. Z\u00e1vodn\u00edci usedaj\u00edc\u00ed na trena\u017e\u00e9r i n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo dn\u00ed po operaci nejsou \u017e\u00e1dnou v\u00fdjimkou. Ov\u0161em bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho efektu, naopak, \u0161patn\u011b srostl\u00e1 kost n\u00e1sledkem \u010dasn\u00e9 a neadekv\u00e1tn\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee kr\u00e1tce po operaci m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch komplikac\u00ed a nutnost\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternativn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u00faraz\u016f, kdy je zran\u011bn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem fixov\u00e1na a nehroz\u00ed jej\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed, je mo\u017en\u00e9 volit alternativn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b op\u011bt plat\u00ed, \u017ee tento proces mus\u00ed b\u00fdt konzultov\u00e1n s\u00a0l\u00e9ka\u0159i a mus\u00ed m\u00edt sv\u00e1 pravidla.<br \/>\nOlympijsk\u00fd v\u00edt\u011bz Jaroslav Kulhav\u00fd si na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u00fanora zlomil kolenn\u00ed \u010d\u00e9\u0161ku. Zran\u011bn\u00ed velmi nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 s\u00a0dlouhou l\u00e9\u010dbou, nav\u00edc v\u00a0nejm\u00e9n\u011b vhodnou dobu. Verdikt l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f byl nekompromisn\u00ed \u2013 6 t\u00fddn\u016f nutnost \u00fapln\u00e9ho zklidn\u011bn\u00ed zran\u011bn\u00e9 kon\u010detiny ve speci\u00e1ln\u00ed dlaze. P\u0159es toto omezen\u00ed v\u0161ak Jaroslav, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po t\u00fddnu \u00fapln\u00e9ho fyzick\u00e9ho klidu, postupn\u011b za\u010dal zat\u011b\u017eovat zdrav\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed bylo ka\u017edodenn\u00ed posilov\u00e1n\u00ed, upraven\u00e9 tak, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei svalov\u00fdch skupin nemocn\u00e9 nohy. Pro udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u011bhov\u00fdch hodnot v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdch tepov\u00fdch p\u00e1smech jsme pou\u017e\u00edvali handbike \u2013 kolo pro voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 ru\u010dn\u00edm pohonem. Tr\u00e9nink byl samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pe\u010dliv\u011b konzultovan\u00fd s\u00a0na\u0161imi reprezenta\u010dn\u00edmi l\u00e9ka\u0159i a J\u00e1ra absolvoval pravideln\u00e9 kontroly. K\u00a0plnohodnotn\u00e9mu tr\u00e9ninku se pak olympijsk\u00fd \u0161ampion vr\u00e1til 14 dn\u00ed po sund\u00e1n\u00ed ort\u00e9zy a z\u00e1vodit za\u010dal p\u0159esn\u011b dva m\u011bs\u00edce od vzniku \u00farazu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5149-1.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1228\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/IMG_5149-1.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5149-1\" width=\"497\" height=\"525\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e1vrat k plnohodnotn\u00e9mu\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku po nemoci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po ukon\u010den\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby se m\u016f\u017eete se souhlasem l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f za\u010d\u00edt vracet zp\u011bt do norm\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Nap\u0159\u00edklad po b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m nachlazen\u00ed byste se m\u011bli k\u00a0norm\u00e1ln\u00edm tr\u00e9ninkov\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m vr\u00e1tit, t\u00edmto postupn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po t\u00fddnu.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee proces d\u00e9lky rekonvalescence je velmi individu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edkladem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nej\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed handicapovan\u00fd cyklista sv\u011bta, Ji\u0159\u00ed Je\u017eek, kter\u00fd p\u0159i z\u00e1vod\u011b mistrovstv\u00ed sv\u011bta prod\u011blal velmi v\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm ohro\u017een\u00edm \u017eivota a trval\u00fdmi n\u00e1sledky.<br \/>\nJe\u0161t\u011b dva dny po \u00farazu l\u00e9ka\u0159i ozna\u010dovali Jirk\u016fv zdravotn\u00ed stav za kritick\u00fd a bojovali o jeho \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/treninkova-poradna_nemoc-2.jpeg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2063\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/treninkova-poradna_nemoc-2.jpeg\" alt=\"treninkova poradna_nemoc 2\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/treninkova-poradna_nemoc-2.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/treninkova-poradna_nemoc-2-600x450.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/www.skcpraha.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/treninkova-poradna_nemoc-2-624x468.jpeg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fdden po p\u00e1du se Ji\u0159\u00ed, navzdory z\u00e1va\u017enosti zran\u011bn\u00ed postavil na nohy a ud\u011blal n\u011bkolik krok\u016f a t\u00fdden pot\u00e9 byl z\u00a0nemocnice propu\u0161t\u011bn a transportov\u00e1n zp\u011bt do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. Dnes, kdy\u017e p\u00ed\u0161i tyto \u0159\u00e1dky, m\u011bs\u00edc po ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti, u\u017e Jirka za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 postupn\u011b tr\u00e9novat \u2013 jezd\u00ed na trena\u017eeru, posiluje a chod\u00ed b\u011bhat.\u00a0 Nad rychlost\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby a regenera\u010dn\u00edmi schopnostmi Jirkova t\u011bla krout\u00ed nech\u00e1pav\u011b hlavami v\u0161ichni zainteresovan\u00ed, kdo znaj\u00ed rozsah a z\u00e1va\u017enost zran\u011bn\u00ed Ji\u0159\u00edho Je\u017eka. D\u016fvodem je v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e1 regenera\u010dn\u00ed schopnost Jirkova organismu renovovat zran\u011bnou tk\u00e1\u0148. V\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdrobc\u016f nab\u00edz\u00ed cyklistick\u00e9 od\u011bvy ur\u010den\u00e9 pro tr\u00e9nink v\u00a0zim\u011b a chladu.
